Mine is a journey that spanned two continents, from historical Istanbul to fashionable Paris. My name is Asli and this is my journey. Life has gifted me many joys and surprises as well as challenges. I am excited to turn those experiences of who “I am” and introduce to you my beautiful brand of silk shawls “Mokoshe”. Mokoshe is a representation of who I am and my hope is to share this beauty that I have experienced. Every pattern, every color and every texture is an extension of who I am and is my gift to you. With perseverance and dedication I am excited to continue creating beautiful shawls for you today and tomorrow.

I have named my brand Mokoshe as it means Goddess of Mokosh , the protector of women’s work and women’s destiny. I believe you will fall in love the moment you touch it’s luxurious fabrics and as you wrap yourself you will feel as if we are sharing in one destiny.
